How to Save Your Invoice as PDF
After generating your invoice, click the "Print / Save PDF" button. In your browser's print dialog, change the destination from a physical printer to "Save as PDF". Set margins to Minimum or None for the cleanest output. On Chrome and Edge, select "More settings" and disable headers and footers for the cleanest output. On mobile devices (Android/iOS), select the Share option and choose Print, then save as PDF.
Invoice Requirements for Pakistan (FBR Compliance)
For registered businesses in Pakistan, a valid tax invoice must include the seller's NTN (National Tax Number), STRN (Sales Tax Registration Number), buyer's NTN where applicable, a sequential invoice number, date of issue, description of goods or services, quantity, unit price, sales tax rate, and total payable amount. You can add your NTN and STRN in the business name or address field. Always consult a tax advisor for full FBR compliance.

Can I add tax (GST/ST) to my invoice?
Yes. Enter your applicable tax percentage in the "Tax Rate (%)" field. The calculator will automatically compute the tax amount on the discounted subtotal and add it to the total. Pakistan's standard sales tax rate is 17% for most goods and services.
Does this work with Pakistani Rupee (PKR)?
Yes. PKR is the default currency option. The invoice will display amounts formatted in Pakistani Rupees. You can also switch to USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, CAD, or AUD from the currency dropdown.

The current version of the tool generates text-based invoices without logo upload. You can add your business name prominently in the "Your Business / Name" field. A logo upload feature is planned for a future update.
How many line items can I add?
You can add unlimited line items to your invoice. Each item has its own description, quantity, and unit price. The subtotal, discount, tax, and total are all calculated automatically as you add items.
Can I use this for recurring invoices?
You can re-fill the form each time for recurring invoices. For true recurring invoice automation with saved templates, consider bookmarking this page and reusing the form. Auto-save and template features are planned for future updates.
